OMP is seeking a Lead C++ Software Engineer to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, scalable software. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with customers to resolve issues, and ensure quality outcomes.

Essential qualifications include a PhD/masters or equivalent, 10+ years in C++ software engineering, strong algorithms, and the ability to work across technology stacks. The role offers flexible scheduling and remote options, with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent by experience.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a C++ software engineering role.
• Excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking.
• Curiosity to stay up to date with various technology stacks and strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design robust, scalable C++ solutions with emphasis on performance and maintainability.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery with clear milestones and reliable execution.
• Provide technical direction, remove blockers, and drive getting-things-done mindset.
• Refine requirements with product analysts for clarity and feasibility.
• Ensure technical correctness, performance and scalability with QA collaboration for automation and fast feedback loops.
• Collaborate with customers to understand issues and drive fast resolutions.
