OMP Belgium is seeking a Lead C++ Software Engineer to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, scalable software systems. You will guide a team of engineers and work closely with customers to resolve issues, ensuring robust, production-ready solutions with strong automation and fast feedback loops.

You will take end-to-end ownership of delivery, define milestones, provide technical direction, and refine requirements with product analysts to ensure feasibility and clear outcomes.
