++addmore is a Antwerp-based product launch studio. We hire a Motion Designer to turn positioning and narrative into launch films, product demos, and social cutdowns. Your canvas is video, not website motion, using AI-native workflows to push the craft.

You’ll own the hero film from script to final cut and adapt it for multiple channels. We value storytelling, strong reel, and speed. You’ll work with a curious, craft-obsessed team that ships fast and treats taste as the scarce asset.

Qualifications

• Proven reel of launch videos, product demos or similar motion work.
• Ability to turn product narratives into compelling films.
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing and sound design.
• Adept with AI-native workflows and new video tools.
• Clear storytelling that sells a product in minutes.

Responsabilités

• Own the launch film from script to final cut for each project.
• Create product demos that showcase real UI and flows.
• Cut and adapt videos for 60s hero, 15s hooks, and social ads.
• Direct AI-driven production while maintaining aesthetic taste.
• Shape sound, rhythm and pacing to elevate the product story.
