Taleo Consulting is seeking a KYC Coordinator to support recertification of international Corporate Banking clients. You will manage KYC files, ensure documents are complete and compliant with applicable laws and cross-border requirements.

Featuring a 50% onsite / 50% remote setup, this Brussels-based role offers exposure to client due diligence, collaboration with Relationship Managers and Compliance, and a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in KYC processes and activities, ideally with Corporate Banking clients
• Previous experience in the banking KYC domain
• Good understanding of Legal Entities / Corporate clients
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Law, Business Management or a related field
• Strong interest in finance and banking products
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools
• Client-facing or commercial experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-border environment

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of KYC recertification files for Corporate Banking clients
• Analyse the information and documentation required from each client
• Contact clients and follow up to ensure the requested information is received within the required timelines
• Review documentation and ensure KYC files are complete and accurate
• Encode and update client information in the relevant systems
• Apply the full KYC process, including cross-border requirements
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams
• Monitor and communicate the progress of your portfolio to the Team Manager
• Escalate potential difficulties or delays when necessary
• Communicate with clients in French, Dutch and English
