LGA Engineering in Belgium is seeking a meticulous quality control inspector to verify external supplier parts against specs and record results in the ERP system.

You will compare parts to drawings, follow up deviations with suppliers, perform final machine inspections including mechanical adjustments, belt tension, and electrical parameters, and collaborate with warehouse and production to streamline processes and propose improvements.

Aufgaben

• Check parts from external suppliers for fit, finish, and specifications and record results in the ERP system.
• Compare parts with technical drawings and specifications and follow up deviations with suppliers.
• Perform final inspection of finished machines, including mechanical adjustments, drives, belt tension, and electrical parameters.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production to streamline processes and propose improvements.
• Report to the production responsible and partially take over duties in their absence.

Functieomschrijving:

• Controleren van onderdelen van externe leveranciers op maat, afwerking en specificaties, en resultaten registreren in het ERP-systeem.


• Vergelijken van onderdelen met technische tekeningen en specificaties, en afwijkingen opvolgen met leveranciers.


• Uitvoeren van de eindcontrole van afgewerkte machines, inclusief mechanische afstellingen, aandrijvingen, riemspanning en elektrische parameters.


• Samenwerken met magazijn en productie om processen te stroomlijnen en verbeterpunten aan te dragen.


• Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en diens taken gedeeltelijk overnemen bij afwezigheid.
