Our client provides high-tech solutions for metal and plastic components, covering design to mass production. They design and manufacture molds and injection tooling, and ultimately produce the part themselves.

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform quality checks, read drawings, register deviations, and support audits and quality documentation. You will collaborate with Quality Engineers to address issues and contribute to preventing recurrence through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Quality inspections of produced parts.
• Read technical drawings and verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Record deviations and track corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality checks on produced parts.
• Read drawings and verify measurements and tolerances.
• Follow up and document any deviations accurately.
• Assist in incoming and finished product inspections.
• Support Quality Engineers in addressing quality issues.
• Assist with audits and maintain quality documentation.
• Suggest improvements to prevent recurrence of errors.

• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op geproduceerde onderdelen.
• Je leest technische tekeningen en controleert maten en toleranties.
• Je volgt afwijkingen op en registreert ze correct.
• Je ondersteunt bij controles van binnenkomende en afgewerkte producten.
• Je helpt Quality Engineers bij het opvolgen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
• Je ondersteunt bij audits en houdt kwaliteitsdocumentatie mee op orde.
• Je denkt mee over hoe fouten in de toekomst vermeden kunnen worden.
