MOSA Ballet School is seeking a Kitchen Organizer to help ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen in Liège. You will handle deliveries, storage, meal prep support, and hygiene compliance under the Kitchen Manager’s supervision.

The role emphasizes strict organization, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during afternoon shifts from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. HACCP knowledge is a plus, and the position offers a collaborative international environment.

• Energetic, versatile and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Rigorous and highly organized, with the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Nice to have HACCP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Receiving deliveries and checking delivery notes to ensure quantities and products are correct.
• Storing food products appropriately in refrigerators and freezers, ensuring proper organization.
• Assisting with meal preparation and setting up meals, including raw vegetables and salads.
• Ensuring compliance with the cold chain, AFSCA requirements and established food hygiene procedures.
• Taking and recording food temperatures per applicable procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen and equipment between services.

The Function

As a Kitchen Organizer, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen by ensuring the proper organization of deliveries, food preparation, storage and hygiene procedures.

You will work in accordance with food safety regulations and established procedures to ensure a safe, clean and well-organized kitchen environment.

Under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, your main tasks are as follows:

• Receiving deliveries and checking the corresponding delivery notes to ensure that quantities and products are correct.
• Storing food products appropriately in refrigerators and freezers, while ensuring proper organization and compliance with storage requirements.
• Assisting with meal preparation and setting up meals, including the preparation of raw vegetables and salads.
• Ensuring compliance with the cold chain, AFSCA requirements and established food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Taking and recording food temperatures in accordance with the applicable procedures.
• Contributing to the general upkeep and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning and disinfecting premises, equipment and work surfaces, and ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean, orderly and ready for service.
