MY BABY SMILES in Brussels seeks a dedicated caregiver to look after children, feeding and supporting them according to their individual schedules and needs. You will help create a warm, safe environment during daily routines and build strong partnerships with families.

You will design development-focused activities that stimulate motor skills, language, and senses; observe wellbeing; and actively participate in team meetings to continually raise the quality of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and feeding children according to their individual schedules and needs.
• Designing and organizing development-focused activities and games that stimulate motor skills, language, and senses.
• Carefully observing each child's emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Providing warm, transparent handovers to parents during drop-off and pick-up.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe living space according to applicable standards.
• Actively participating in pedagogical discussions and team meetings to continuously improve the quality of care.
