A global financial services advisory firm in Belgium is seeking a Capital Advisor to engage with founders and executives on financing and strategic exits. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive for results. This full-time role allows remote work flexibility across Europe, providing exposure to live mandates and a high-level network.

Palmstone Capital is part of the Palmstone Group, which builds and operates financial‑services businesses globally. We advise mid‑market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions. Our model combines institutional investment‑banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal‑origination systems. You’ll join our advisory team as a Capital Advisor – a client‑facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management. You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship‑building, and closing.
Backgrounds that often translate well include real estate agents, mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, B2B consultative sellers, or business brokers – but we care more about drive and execution than credentials.
