JLL Brussels is seeking a position to support valuation projects across asset classes and geographies. You will gather, verify, and analyse data required to conduct accurate property valuations and prepare valuation calculations under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of valuation projects across a range of asset classes and geographies
• Gather, verify, and analyse data required to conduct accurate property valuations
• Prepare valuation calculations under the guidance and supervision of senior team members
• Carry out property inspections as part of the project process
• Assist in drafting valuation reports to client-ready standard
• Participate in client meetings and help build productive client relationships
• Support the preparation of proposals, offers, and presentations
• Provide day-to-day assistance to colleagues across the team
• Maintain accurate project documentation in line with compliance and archiving requirements
• Continuously build your knowledge of local real estate market trends and developments
• Contribute to the team’s annual financial targets and your own performance objectives
• Uphold the JLL Code of Ethics in everything you do
