Linklaters Belgium is seeking a bright and confident lawyer to reinforce its Tax team. You should have 0–4 years’ experience and a keen interest in tax and global matters, with native French or bilingual FR/NL and excellent English and Dutch.
A Belgian law degree with strong academic results is required, ideally with further education abroad or a postgraduate tax law degree. You will work in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on delivering practical, commercially aware solutions

You are a native French speaker (or perfectly bilingual FR/NL) and have an excellent command of English and Dutch. You obtained a Belgian law degree with excellent academic results, preferably combined with additional education abroad or a postgraduate degree in tax law. You have a strong analytical sense, excellent drafting skills, are commercially aware and solution oriented. You are a team player, and you have the ability to navigate complex cases, whilst staying focused on the desired output and client satisfaction. Our contentious tax group provides experienced advice and guidance at all stages of a potential dispute with a tax authority, or a third party, on a tax‑related matter. We support clients through a variety of business challenges, including advising on tax aspects of crisis management.
