sureal is seeking a junior sustainability role to advise architects, developers, and engineers on eco-friendly building designs and to guide certification processes such as BREEAM and WELL. The position includes overseeing energy and material studies and preparing for leadership of multidisciplinary projects, with a client-facing role as the sustainability expert.

Qualifications

• Master’s in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of EPB, dynamic simulations, or project management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise architects, developers, and engineers on sustainable building design.
• Guide and evaluate sustainability certifications (BREEAM, WELL, etc.).
• Oversee energy, comfort and material studies (EPB, LCA, daylight and thermal simulations).
• Soon, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, managing organization, timing, and budget.
