TriFinance is looking for a Junior Consultant Public Procurement to support public and non-profit organizations in their procurement processes. You will manage smaller files from A to Z, follow up accurately, and report clearly to clients and the internal project manager.

You will also participate in audits and contribute to process improvements in collaboration with peers. Flexibility is key with projects across Flanders and hybrid work options discussed with clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to grasp complex regulations and apply them correctly.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, decisive attitude with a focus on process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage procurement orders and public contracts of limited value.
• Draft and monitor tender documents for small-scale procurements.
• Support audits and analyses of procurement organizations.
