Job summary

NORRIQ, supporting digital transformation with Dynamics 365, is seeking a Junior Project Manager who will own client implementations and guide both project team and client toward a successful go-live. You translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives, scope, budget and timeline, manage change requests and risks, and monitor outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in software and ERP implementation projects within a consultancy environment.
• Understanding budgeting and resource allocation.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, commercially minded, and an excellent communicator.
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
• A project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMI or PMP is a plus.

As a Junior Project Manager at NORRIQ, you’ll take ownership of client implementations, guiding both the project team and the client towards a successful go-live.

Skills for success

• You have a talent for organisation and at least 2 years' experience in software and ERP implementation projects within a consultancy environment. Ideally, you’ve grown into this role from a consultancy position.

• You have a solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.

• You’re proactive, solution-oriented and commercially minded, and you’re an excellent communicator.

• You have professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
