Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues with IT issues and manage routine tickets.
• 1 Learn to work with accounting software such as Exact Online and Silverfin.
• 2 Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Entra ID and Intune users.
• 3 Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• 4 Receive coaching and grow with the team.
