Westfalia Fruit in Wingene, Belgium, is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to help move products smoothly from order receipt to delivery. You’ll collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service to gain hands-on experience in planning, inventory, replenishment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in Commercial Sciences or Logistics (or equivalent).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering service.
• Ability to think strategically and connect information across the supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and results-oriented to overcome obstacles.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and dependencies.
• French language skills would be highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery (O2D).
• Monitor supply chain performance (OTIF, inventory accuracy, waste, stock levels).
• Support replenishment planning for finished goods, packaging and raw materials.
• Assist with production scheduling and planning activities.
• Manage inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate transport and monitor freight costs.
• Provide excellent customer service as the main contact for inquiries and updates.
• Maintain master data in the ERP/EDI system (Transus).
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across supply chain processes.
