Keystone Solutions recherche un développeur Junior Full Stack Java (Spring Boot) / Angular pour une mission de conseil auprès d'une administration publique belge. Vous remplacerez une ancienne application par un système de gestion réglementaire garantissant la traçabilité des dossiers, de l'origine à la décision, avec migration des données vers le nouveau système.

Vous participerez à l'analyse fonctionnelle, concevrez l'architecture, développerez les services back-end et les interfaces

• Assurer les tests et corriger les anomalies.
• Effectuer la migration des données et déployer sur les environnements du client.
• Documenter selon les standards du client et participer aux cérémonies agiles.

Description du poste

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior Full Stack Java (Spring Boot) / Angular Developer for a consultancy mission at a public administration client. This role involves replacing an old business application with a new regulatory management application focused on complete traceability of files from their origin to the final decision. The current application data will be migrated to the new system.

Responsibilities:

As a consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in backlog refinement and contributing to functional analysis.
• Designing the data model and application architecture in collaboration with the architect.
• Developing back-end services, back-office screens, integration with the existing online portal, and interfaces with third-party systems.
• Considering security requirements related to the application's external exposure.
• Implementing tests and correcting anomalies.
• Carrying out data migration.
• Deploying on the client's environments.
• Documenting according to the client's standards.
• Participating in agile ceremonies.

Deliverables:

You will deliver:

• Tested application increments at each iteration.
• Versioned and documented source code.
• Up-to-date technical and functional documentation.
• Data migration scripts and reports.

Work Environment:

This position requires mandatory presence from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with an 8-hour workday. A detailed activity plan will be established within 10 calendar days of the start date. The data processed is confidential and includes personal data.
