An international organization is seeking an HR professional for a part-time freelance role based in Brussels. About Our Client

Our client is an international organization based in central Brussels with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

Job Description
Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat (Partena), ensuring accurate reconciliations with MPLEO timesheet data.
  • Draft and manage employment and consultancy contracts, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and consultants on HR-related questions, providing timely and professional support.
  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and scheduling of interviews.
  • Oversee the MPLEO timesheet system, monitor entries, correct inconsistencies, and participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
Profile required:
  • Experience in any HR operations, payroll, administration, or recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; MPLEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
