• Lead annual budgeting and internal planning aligned with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate financial plans, budgets and forecasts; monitor deviations and action plan.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting.
• Analyze monthly P&L variances against budget and prior year; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Maintain control over fashion margin, staff costs and operating expenses by department.
