Job summary

Rhox is seeking a junior data governance expert to set governance strategy and improve data quality, protection and GDPR compliance. You will lead data governance experts or data quality analysts and establish policies, standards and frameworks to ensure data integrity across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders to enhance core data assets, resolve escalations, and contribute to a compliant data landscape with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or another academic background with substantial analytics knowledge.
• GDPR knowledge.
• English (C1).
• Dutch or French (C1).
• Analytical skills, communication, influencing, teamwork, initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance experts or data quality analysts.
• Establish and uphold data governance policies, standards and frameworks.
