Job summary

TMC Belgium is seeking a versatile Marketing & Communications professional to strengthen brand visibility and craft engaging content across channels. You will design branded materials, manage social media content, and support employer branding and events.

You will create engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, produce short videos, and help coordinate participation in job fairs with a strong on-brand presence. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with basic graphic design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Basic graphic design skills and eye for visual content.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Interest in social media, content creation and event support.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen brand visibility through internal and external communication.
• Translate TMC's identity into engaging marketing content and branded materials.
• Create content for LinkedIn and Instagram, promoting events, partnerships and technical expertise.
• Produce short-form videos featuring employeneur stories, company culture and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative, fun and trend-driven content to boost audience engagement.
• Coordinate TMC's participation in job fairs, including planning, promotion and an attractive, on-brand booth.
• Manage pre- and post-event communication across relevant channels.
• Use communication tools such as GetInTouch (WhatsApp) to engage with internal and external audiences.
