Alsena in Brussels is seeking an AV&C Technical & Logistical Support – Junior to join a long‑term European project. This hands‑on role focuses on supporting audiovisual and conference environments, assisting more experienced technical profiles, and providing basic operational support to users.

You will help install, move, maintain and track AV equipment, work in an international team, and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in AV/IT support.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and instructions.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical environment.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance of AV/IT infrastructure by following documented procedures.
• Provide basic operational assistance to end‑users based on documented procedures and technical instructions.
• Assist more experienced technical professionals in daily activities by following instructions.
• Replace basic AV equipment such as microphones and headphones.
• Move audiovisual equipment, furniture, scaffolding, podiums and related elements.
• Mount and unmount audiovisual equipment and related installations.
• Track AV equipment and assets.
• Support reception, surveying, tracking, storage and movement of AV equipment in coordination with project teams.
• Follow established technical protocols and procedures when performing tasks.
