KPMG is seeking a Junior Auditor to join the Sustainability Reporting & Financial Assurance team in September 2026. You’ll work on diverse client projects across sectors, combining financial audit duties with sustainability reporting tasks.

In this role you’ll verify financial data, assist with fixed asset valuation, participate in stock counts, and support CSRD and EU Taxonomy compliance while gaining exposure to international projects and on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or related field with focus on accounting, finance or sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree proof (copy of the degree or a certification) must be included in your documents.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Verifying financial data including cash balances and receivables.
• Reviewing fixed assets valuation.
• Participating in client stock counts and on-site audits.
• Preparing audit files in line with Belgian and international standards (ISA).
• Supporting sustainability reporting under CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
• Collaborating on domestic and international client projects.
• Visiting clients on-site and serving as a point of contact.
