Grant Thornton België is seeking a Junior Auditor who will map client processes, assess risks and use statistical sampling to scrutinize balance sheets and annual accounts. You will work closely with clients, gain increasing responsibilities, and share findings with their financial teams.

You will be part of an organization that emphasizes growth, training (40 hours/year), flexible working hours, and options to work from home within a supportive, international network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch; able to communicate in English and French.
• Diploma in an economic or legal field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Map out clients' processes (purchase, sales, HR, payroll) and identify strengths and risks.
• Delve into balance sheets through statistical sampling and assess investments, receivables, liquidity, loans and accruals.
• Check annual accounts in detail and assist with inventory checks.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and receive increasing responsibilities as you grow.
• Share findings with the clients’ financial stakeholders (accountants, controllers, CFOs).
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, open working environment within Grant Thornton Belgium.
