Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your Master of Laws at a Belgian university. An additional degree (LL.M., advanced Master, etc.) is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You have built up 2 to 3 years of experience in employment law and have already advised a professional clientele.
- You have already gained experience or expertise in pension law, or you are open to further developing your knowledge in this area.
- You believe in the power of collaboration and actively contribute to a well-functioning and positive team dynamic.
- You take a pragmatic approach and know how to translate legal theory into clear, actionable advice.
- You keep up with the latest developments and trends in employment and pension law and are willing to help organise (client) seminars, write articles in legal publications, etc.
- You are fluent in Dutch (with a good knowledge of the other national language) and have an excellent command of English.
