As an Associate, you will develop analytical capabilities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and work with clients across industries. A flexible hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• A bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, audit, taxation, finance, economics, business administration, business engineering, (tax) law, or another relevant discipline.
• A genuine interest in audit, accounting, tax, finance or business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously.
• The confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to work in diverse teams.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
