Solis Talents is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle and support financial health and compliance for the company. You will work closely with management, delivering accurate financial information to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day bookkeeping (invoices, bank statements, credit notes, credit card transactions), AR follow-up, supplier payments, VAT declarations, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while liaising

• Handle all day-to-day accounting operations: book invoices (purchase, sales), bank statements, credit notes, credit card transactions
• Follow-up of unpaid invoices (AR/Credit Control)
• Execute payments to suppliers
• Prepare and submit VAT declarations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and KPIs for management
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities as needed
