Jobat is seeking a Senior SAP Retail Business Consultant to support, optimize, and evolve SAP Retail solutions across the end-to-end retail value chain within a multinational setting.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, configure SAP Retail functionalities, and drive standardization while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across countries and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP Retail solutions end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge across procurement, inventory, pricing, and store operations.
• Experience with data migration and data governance.
• Ability to mentor juniors and coordinate cross-country projects.
• 2nd/3rd line functional support experience.

Responsabilités

• Support, optimize, and evolve SAP Retail solutions across the end-to-end retail value chain.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and effective SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP Retail functionalities and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business units and countries.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support, investigating incidents and coordinating resolution.
• Contribute to SAP transformation projects and S/4HANA initiatives through workshops and testing.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, partners and service providers.
• Support integrations with eCommerce platforms, warehouse management solutions, financial apps, POS systems, EDI interfaces, and other third-party solutions.
• Assist data migration activities and promote data quality and governance.

As IT SAP Retail Consultant, you will join a team of experienced professionals working closely with stakeholders across business and IT functions to deliver impactful solutions that support the organization's long-term ambitions.

As Senior SAP Retail Business Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving SAP Retail solutions across the end-to-end retail value chain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and enhancing SAP Retail business processes across procurement, inventory management, assortment management, pricing, replenishment, logistics, and store operations.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and effective SAP solutions.
• Configuring SAP Retail functionalities and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
• Driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business units and countries.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line functional support, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating issue resolution.
• Contributing to SAP transformation and S/4HANA-related projects by participating in workshops, solution design activities, testing, and deployment initiatives.
• Collaborating with business users, project teams, implementation partners, and external service providers.
• Supporting system integrations with eCommerce platforms, warehouse management solutions, financial applications, POS systems, EDI interfaces, and other third-party solutions.
• Assisting data migration activities and promoting data quality and governance best practices.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge transfer.
