UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an IT Quality Management System Lead for its Digital Technology Compliance Solutions team in Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring quality processes, governance, and documentation remain compliant and fit for purpose across the organization.

You will drive continuous improvement, partner with stakeholders, and oversee the lifecycle of governance documents while supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing quality management systems, governance processes, or regulated documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Digital Technology Quality Management System and governance processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure quality processes remain compliant, effective, and aligned with business needs.
• Oversee lifecycle of procedures, standards, and governance documents to keep them up to date.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, assess risks, and support mitigation/corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on quality and compliance requirements across processes and systems.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as a key contact.
• Drive communication, training, and awareness initiatives related to quality management.
