In4Matic in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Project Test Lead to drive test strategy and ensure quality across the Claims Transformation programme. You will combine QA leadership with hands-on testing in a dynamic project environment.

You will define test strategies, coordinate end-to-end testing, perform manual testing, document test cases, and validate APIs with Postman, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance or test coordination.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing.
• Experience defining and implementing test strategies.
• Strong experience testing APIs using Postman, including documentation and validation activities.
• Experience with defect management and test reporting.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within project teams.

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Test Lead to join our client's Claims Transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing professional who enjoys combining test strategy, quality assurance and operational execution within a dynamic project environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of business-critical applications while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement and drive test strategies across project initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform hands-on manual testing and validate business requirements against delivered functionality.
