Sweco Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT consolidations and diverse projects across the international organization. You will guide project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive hybrid and waterfall approaches to successful delivery.
Based in Belgium, the role offers hybrid work options and opportunities to collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. Strong English skills and experience with M&A are advantageous.

To support our continued growth and digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT consolidations and other initiatives across our international organization. You belong to the team Project Management that consists of eight project managers that help the whole organization with IT projects and initiatives. In your role you will manage various projects from start to end. You will lead the project team towards goals and request necessary decisions and approvals from the project steering committees. We run hybrid-agile and waterfall projects depending on what suits each specific project.
You will also be part in planning and delivering IT consolidation projects, which are born from mergers and acquisitions at Sweco, ensuring a smooth transition to harmonized systems, processes and infrastructure. You will work closely with business stakeholders, global and local IT teams and external partners across multiple countries.
