Redwire Space NV is seeking an IT Officer for Europe to manage daily IT activities, support teams, and ensure smooth operations across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland.

You will report to the European CFO, coordinate with IT Infrastructure, monitor service levels, resolve incidents, and contribute to IT process improvements within a hybrid, multi-site environment compliant with ISO27000. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent.
• Some initial IT experience is preferred.
• Experience in multi-site and hybrid environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and stress resistance.
• Technical knowledge: Azure/Entra; Windows Server; Linux; VMware ESX.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Join the Redwire Space team in developing and fielding end-to-end innovative mission critical space system solutions for next generation space architecture. At Redwire, you will work closely with customers from concept development through mission operations to ensure mission success.

Position Overview

As the IT Officer for Europe (locations in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland) you’ll report to our European CFO with a close collaboration with our IT Infrastructure Manager. You are responsible for the daily follow-up of IT activities and working closely with the IT Support Team. You are the point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure that technical problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving our IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily follow-up of IT activities and monitoring service levels.
• Coordinating and resolving technical problems and incidents.
• Analyzing recurring issues and implementing structural improvements.
• Drafting and following up on IT processes and procedures.
• Aligning with the IT Support Team and ensuring optimal collaboration.
• Following and working within the ISO27000 framework.
