Responsabilités

• Leid en beheer alle IT-activiteiten en zorg voor stabiele, veilige IT-diensten.
• Plan en voer IT-infrastructuur uit voor nieuwe fabrieken, gebouwen en kantoren uitbereidingen.
• Beheer netwerken, servers, clouddiensten, cyberbeveiliging en back-up/DR.
• Oversee ERP-systemen, inclusief implementatie, verbetering en ondersteuning.
• Werk samen met business users om processen te verbeteren via technologie en automatisering.

• Lead and manage all IT operations, ensuring stable and secure technology services across the organization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure setup for new factories, buildings, and office expansions.
• Manage network, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Oversee ERP systems, including implementation, enhancement, user support, and system integration.
• Work closely with business users to improve operational processes through technology and system automation.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues to minimize business disruption.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor IT security risks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget and technology investment plans.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team and end users.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
