Michael Page International (Belgium) seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure lead to govern strategy, ensure cyber and regulatory compliance, and manage operations across local infrastructure. The role covers design, deployment, monitoring, and service delivery, with emphasis on security and documentation.

The candidate will provide end-user support, coordinate with Group IT, and oversee external providers while maintaining robust incident management and SLAs. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, AD/Entra ID, networking, backup, virtualization and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern IT infrastructure strategy and governance.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support and manage incidents/SLA.
• Design, implement, and maintain local IT infrastructure and security controls.
• Coordinate with Group IT and suppliers; manage documentation and audits.
