COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust dashboards and reports, ensure data quality and security, and drive user adoption and training in Belgium.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Strong desktop support and deployment experience.
Excellent communication in English (C1).
Minimum 3 years in a Service Desk environment.
Experience documenting support requests and resolutions.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, printers, and network issues.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS platforms.
Knowledge of Azure services and basic server hosting.

Responsabilités

Setting up audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
Support users of conference facilities during sessions.
Prepare and continuously update Knowledge Articles.
Perform ad-hoc IT services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager.
