SoftNice UG is seeking a developer/analyst consultant to strengthen its technical team in Belgium. You will analyze needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and participate in the evolution of software infrastructure for industrial applications.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Fortran 77, C, and C++. You’ll contribute to technical documentation and collaborate across teams to ensure project success, including on-call support one week per month.

Qualifications

• Experience developing industrial applications in Fortran 77, C and C++.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to propose technical solutions.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and participate in planning.

As part of a complete revamping of our applications, we are looking for a developer/analyst consultant to strengthen our technical team. Our team is responsible for the maintenance, evolution, and development of software solutions to ensure the smooth running of the Châtelet rolling mill.

Role

• Analyze needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize existing industrial applications using Fortran 77, C, and C++.
• Participate in the study, planning, and development of the future software infrastructure.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation.
