Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve tools for daily activities such as quotation and invoicing.
• Develop solutions to increase operational efficiency including database management.
• Design and maintain data models to ensure scalability and security.
• Ensure quality control of databases for data accuracy and reliability.
• Document processes for traceability and facilitate onboarding.
• Produce performance reporting to monitor operational KPIs.
• Translate team member needs into requirements for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other internal departments for project alignments.
• Manage the IT roadmap to meet heat pump sales needs.

IT & Data Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 30/04/2026, with the possibility of extension

Location: Brussels

Mission:

Heating is the main source of emissions for residential customers, which is why we aim to help our clients transition away from fossil fuels and adopt heat pumps. Detailed Tasks:

• Maintain and improve the tools used in day-to-day activities: quotation, offering, invoicing, etc.

• Propose and develop solutions and processes to increase operational efficiency: automation of process flows, database management, document archiving, data integrity, etc.
• Design and maintain the data model and architecture of the new activity to ensure scalability and security.
• Ensure regular updates and quality control of databases to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
• Document processes and workflows to ensure traceability and facilitate onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Produce performance reporting and dashboards to monitor operational KPIs and support decision-making.
• Translate team member business needs into requirements towards external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other internal departments (IT, Data, Procurement, etc.) whenever projects require cross-functional alignment, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
• Manage the IT roadmap to meet the business and operational needs of the heat pump sales activities.
