Colgate-Palmolive is offering an internship in Brussels for 6 months (January–June 2027) as Brand Manager Assistant. You will work closely with the marketing team and sales, supporting brand execution plans and digital initiatives across Home Care, Personal Care, and Oral Care projects.

The role targets university students with a business/economics background, fluent French and English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business or similar.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, proactive, organized with an analytical mindset.
• Creative and communicative.

Responsabilités

• Assist the marketing team in promoting the brands, coordinating with sales and external agencies.
• Assist Brand Managers in creating Brand Execution Plans, identity, and promotions.
• Work on diverse digital projects (social media campaigns, brand websites).
• Create customer support materials for cross-category promotions (briefs to agencies, tools for sales force, follow-up).
• Follow up on quotes and develop internal engagement through projects like new product launches and newsletters.
• Analyze and monitor categories and promotions at retail customers; support monthly analyses.

What you’ll do :

• Assist the marketing team in promoting the brands on the market while working together with the sales team and external agencies.
• Assist the Brand Managers in the making of the Brand Execution Plans. You will work on the brand identity, competitive landscape of the brand, promotional strategy, etc.
• Work on diverse digital projects (social media campaigns, the brands’ websites, etc.)
• Be in charge of customers support creations for cross-category promotions (briefs to agencies, tools for the sales force, follow-up of creations), for Home care & Personal care brands and in support of Oral care for some projects.
• Follow up on quotes
• Develop internal engagement through projects such as new product launches, newsletters, etc.
• Analysis and monitoring of categories and promotions at our retail customers (internal and competitor brands)
• Support to monthly analysis
