EY Belgium is seeking enthusiastic interns to join the Indirect Tax team in Diegem. You will support national and multinational clients on indirect taxes and international trade, collaborating with teams across EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Master student in economics, engineering, science or tax law, preferably in final year.
• Interest in international trade and commerce.
• Good knowledge of accounting and reporting may be an asset.
• Strong Dutch and English language skills.
• Motivated, team player, and able to work under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect tax advisory for national and multinational clients.
• Collaborate with accountants, legal experts and management consultants on international cases.
• Contribute to follow-up of cases within EY Tax Consultants Belgium.
• Complete internship agreement through your school.

You will be integrated into the indirect tax department of EY Tax Consultants in Belgium. The main activities include advice and support of national and multinational enterprises with respect to indirect taxes and international trade. You will take part in the follow-up of our international cases with our accountants, legal experts and management consultants.

Your profile

• You are (preferably last year) master student in Applied Economics / Commercial Engineering / Commercial Science / (preferably Tax) Law.
• You are interested in international trade and commerce.
• Good knowledge and understanding of accounting and reporting may be an asset.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• You are a motivated person and a team player.
• Your school provides you with an internship agreement.
