Elia Grid International (EGI) is seeking an International Business Controller to oversee financial reporting, FP&A, and controlling across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with the SSC for accounting, tax, and treasury matters and report to the CFO along with a team of controllers.
The role requires a master’s degree and 6+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or related areas, with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and English fluency.

As International Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and business operations across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for, the preparation and analysis of financial reports, business control functions, the monitoring of customer projects and optimizing the group’s financial efficiency. You will be supported in these tasks by the newly formed Shared Service Center (SSC) of EGI's parent company; Elia Group, in charge of accounting; tax and treasury matters. You will be part of a team composed of the CFO and three Business Controllers.
The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a proactive attitude to support the organization’s strategic business and financial objectives.
Brussels – Occasional trips to Berlin office.
