Job summary

Jobat is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to play a key role in the inside sales team in Belgium. You will support the sales department in product and pricing questions and help ensure a smooth, professional service for customers.

You will prepare offers, translate customer requests into precise proposals, and maintain close contact with clients while proactively pursuing opportunities. You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, order entry and marketing to secure orders and drive

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales team with questions about products, applications, prices and commercial files.
• Creates quotes and follows them closely up to the order phase.
• Translates customer inquiries into clear and accurate proposals.
• Maintains contact with customers and proactively follows up on opportunities.
• Assists with prospecting, customer visits and trade shows.
• Works closely with sales, engineering, order entry and marketing.
• Ensures proper administrative processing and file follow-up.
• Acts as the right hand of the Sales Director.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je ondersteunt de salesafdeling bij vragen rond producten, toepassingen, prijzen en commerciële dossiers.
• Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op tot aan de orderfase.
• Je vertaalt klantvragen naar duidelijke en correcte voorstellen.
• Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en volgt opportuniteiten proactief op.
• Je ondersteunt bij prospectie, klantbezoeken en beurzen.
• Je werkt nauw samen met sales, engineering, order entry en marketing.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en dossieropvolging.
• Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Sales Director.
