Job summary

GIMBER is seeking a Supply Chain and Business Process Excellence Manager to shape our procurement strategy and drive scalable, reliable supply-chain processes and systems. You will own sourcing, supplier management, and ERP/MRP optimisations while aligning with quality, sustainability and growth goals.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Finance, Quality, R&D and Logistics to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies, processes, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or business process management.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, master data and business-process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the company’s sourcing strategy for raw materials, packaging and supply chain services.
• Negotiates contracts, pricing and service agreements with suppliers; builds strong supplier relationships.
