Ontex DE in Buggenhout is seeking an End of Line Specialist to optimize and standardize End of Line setups on our production site. You will analyze existing parameters, set up new references and develop clear work instructions for operators and technicians.

You will work with Production – Technical Services – Supply Chain – Quality – HSE to ensure safe, efficient and compliant line performance, train operators, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent level, preferably technical or production related.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of production and automation equipment; PLC/FANUC/ABB experience.

Responsabilités

Create, standardize and optimize parameter lists for End of Line machines by product reference.
Optimize existing parameter lists and machine settings for efficiency.
Set up and fine-tune End of Line machines for new product references.
Develop clear instructions for efficient machine changeovers.
Train and coach operators on changeovers and machine operation.
Support technicians during complex interventions on End of Line equipment.
Analyze technical issues and identify sustainable solutions using procedures and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement within Production and Technical Services.
