Nexans Erembodegem is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to structure and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the accessories production site in Belgium. You will lead data-driven cost optimization, analyze production methods, and implement corrective actions to boost productivity, quality, capacity utilization, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, production methods, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading improvement projects within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in accessories production or automotive/industrial manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.

• Lead and coordinate improvement projects focused on increasing site competitiveness and reducing costs.
• Analyze production data to identify losses and inefficiencies.
• Develop prioritized improvement opportunities and action plans.
• Standardize and harmonize tools and methods for performance analysis.
• Coach Process Engineers and line managers in best practices.
• Support site transformation and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to implement actions.
