BDO is seeking an Insurance Transformation Lead in Belgium to spearhead transformative strategies for insurance clients. You will guide project teams, provide expert industry guidance, and build strong client relationships to drive growth and position BDO as a trusted advisor.

The role requires deep insurance knowledge, a track record in management consulting, and leadership in delivering complex programs across client engagements.
