Inetum is seeking an Information Security Engineer to strengthen the security posture of a complex enterprise environment in Brussels. The role focuses on security operations, incident response, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on Active Directory and Entra ID management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessment.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams to investigate incidents, implement hardening measures, and develop SOPs.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Incident Response.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint security.
• Experience investigating and resolving security incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment.

Job Description

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to strengthen the security posture of a complex enterprise environment? We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer to support security operations, incident response activities, and continuous security improvement initiatives.

Your Role

As a Security Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting and improving the organization's security landscape. You will investigate security incidents, implement technical security enhancements, and collaborate with various IT teams to ensure a secure and resilient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to security incidents
• Implement security improvements and hardening measures
• Provide technical security advice and support
• Manage and secure Microsoft identity platforms, including Active Directory and Entra ID
