• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong leadership skills
• Industrial finance, controlling or performance management experience
• Cost management and profitability analysis expertise
• Experience in international and matrix organisations
• Influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting operational and strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English with knowledge of French and/or Dutch
• Occasional travel
