Viscofan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and facilities in a fast-paced production environment in Belgium.

You will read electrical diagrams, work on 3-phase motor systems, apply Ohm's law, and ensure motor protection and safety standards are met while coordinating with the maintenance team and external contractors.

Formación

• Electrical engineering or electromechanics background required.
• Formal training or certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
• Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily inspections, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Contribute to annual maintenance planning within budget constraints.
• Supervise external contractors during repair or maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for machinery, tools, and buildings.
• Promote safety and environmental consciousness on site.
