Qualifications

• Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in industriële onderhoudsactiviteiten.
• Secundair onderwijsdiploma of gelijkwaardig.
• Relevante technische kwalificatie in elektrotechniek of een gerelateerd veld.
• Beschikbaarheid van computerbasiskennis.

Responsabilités

• Installeer, diagnoseer, onderhoud en repareer elektrische systemen (24V-600V), motoren, VAR/VFD's, sensoren en bedieningspanelen.
• Programmeer en los PLC-systemen op (bij voorkeur Rockwell) en integreer met productieapparatuur.
• Voer elektrische installaties en systeemupgrades uit om efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren.
• Werk volgens NFPA 70E normen en interne veiligheidsprocedures en onderneem corrigerende acties.
• Beheer documentatie zoals elektrische schema's (AutoCAD) en dagelijkse logboeken.
• Samenwerken over shifts en afdelingen; communicatie over elektrische issues en oplossingen.
• Neem deel aan on-the-job training en vaardighedenontwikkeling.

General Profile

As an Industrial Electrician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of high-speed industrial equipment within the aluminium beverage can manufacturing process. Your responsibilities include the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs and automation controls. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you contribute to minimizing downtime, improving production efficiency, and supporting continuous operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Maintenance and Repair Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems (24V-600V), including motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and control panels.
• PLC and Automation Support Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (preferably Rockwell) and ensure seamless integration with production equipment.
• Equipment Installation and Upgrades Perform electrical installations and system improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Safety Compliance Work in accordance with NFPA 70E standards and company safety procedures, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Technical Documentation Maintain accurate documentation, including electrical schematics (both hard copy and AutoCAD) and daily log records.
• Collaboration and Communication Work effectively across shifts and departments, ensuring clear communication regarding electrical issues and solutions.
• Training and Development Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programmes and contribute to skills development within production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
• Computer literacy

Work Environment

This position requires full-time on-site presence at our manufacturing facility.

Starting Salary

From EUR 3,500 gross per month. The final salary will be determined based on the minimum salary under the applicable collective labour agreement, the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
