Aeronautica, based in Eupen, Belgium, seeks an Account Manager to strengthen its team. You will manage a portfolio of industrial clients, maintain close commercial relationships, and coordinate with production, methods, and quality teams to ensure order tracking aligns with priorities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s or engineering degree in business or related fields and 2–5 years in a B2B industrial environment. English, Dutch are essential; French or German are a plus.

• 2–5 years in a B2B environment, ideally in an industrial or technical context

Responsabilités

• Manage and follow up on a portfolio of industrial clients
• Maintain a close commercial relationship with clients
• Handle client interactions and oversee order tracking according to priorities
• Coordinate internal actions with production, methods, and quality teams
• Contribute to resolving operational issues
• Analyze client needs and assist in preparing offers and quotations
• Follow up on offers, relaunches, and identify development opportunities within accounts
• Analyze technical drawings, machining processes, and industrial constraints
